Bestwest Building Inspections and Pest Control

We had an excellent experience with Bestwest. This is the third house we’ve built, and this time we chose Bestwest and the house turned out perfect. Working with the team was always positive and the building report was very comprehensive.

I used BestWest for inspections at Brick/Roof Cover and at Practical Completion. Throughout the inspections, they've communicated incredibly well and have been readily available to respond to any queries I've had and also to the scheduling times of inspections. Brick/Roof Cover was within a couple of business days of initiating contact with BestWest, scheduling an on-site meeting and the report distributed.Practical Completion report (82 pages) was completed the same day of inspection and was incredibly thorough. It also made reference to defects/items identified from the previous report.Rob was the allocated inspector for my home and I can highly recommend his services and the broader team. They've helped me reach peace of mind and I've appreciated their outstanding customer service, thorough detail and pride that they take with their work.I highly recommend BestWest for construction building inspections and I'll be referring any friends, family or colleagues that wish to pursuit a similar process.
