Kevin was extremely thorough, efficient and honest. He spent over an hour inspecting the property and had the report to me by the end of the day. Previous inspectors have only spent 20-30 mins. This is the second time I have used Kevin to complete an inspection on a property purchase and I wouldn't hesitate in using him in the future, or referring him to friends and family.Buying a home can be a stressful time and you don't want any hidden issues to pop up down the track, I found Kevin's report easy to read and the clear photos were really helpful.The detail in the report report gave us a chance to speak with Real Estate agent and have issues fixed before our settlement went through!!!

I made an offer on an older home and Kevin was recommended to do the Building Inspection Report. Through every step of the process he was helpful, patient and courteous. Especially post-inspection, Kevin rang on several occasions to help with a tricky situation with an unsafe fence, patiently explaining differing elements related to not only the fence but also in relation to settlement. I cannot recommend him more highly.
